Return Policy

At Steve Madden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we gladly accept returns under the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Return

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated and items shipped back within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Merchandise must be unworn, in its original condition, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
• Final Sale: Clearance items and products marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Refund Method

• Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment once the returned item is received, inspected, and processed by our warehouse.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

• Online Orders: You can easily start your return process by visiting our online Return Center to obtain a return shipping label or QR code.
• Shipping Back: To prevent delays, items must be shipped back promptly using the provided return label.

4. Third-Party Purchases

• Steve Madden products purchased from other retailers, department stores, or third-party platforms must be returned directly to the original place of purchase and are subject to their respective return policies.
